Easy Tostada

This quick and easy meal that also makes a snack for adults and kids!

Time: 15 mins
Serves: 1-2 people


  • 2 almond flour tortillas (Siete recommended), toasted in a skillet
  • ½ c re-fried or black beans
  • ½ c grass-fed ground beef, cooked
  • Handful mixed greens ( I love arugula)
  • Onion, diced
  • Tomato, diced
  • Lime Wedges
  • Optional: Cheddar cheese


  1. Layer ingredients onto the tortilla
  2. Toast in oven until cheese is melted
  3. Serve with lime wedges & enjoy!
