This quick and easy meal that also makes a snack for adults and kids!
Time: 15 mins
Serves: 1-2 people
- 2 almond flour tortillas (Siete recommended), toasted in a skillet
- ½ c re-fried or black beans
- ½ c grass-fed ground beef, cooked
- Handful mixed greens ( I love arugula)
- Onion, diced
- Tomato, diced
- Lime Wedges
- Optional: Cheddar cheese
- Layer ingredients onto the tortilla
- Toast in oven until cheese is melted
- Serve with lime wedges & enjoy!
