Fruit-Free Energy Bars

Healthy bars for families on-the-go can be hard to find, but look no further!  These bars are quick, easy and will provide you with clean energy for hours.

Time: 15 minutes
Serves: Approximately 10 bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix.  Option to microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften ingredients.  Be sure to taste and add more of any certain ingredient that you desire!
  2. Line a baking pan with wax paper and fill with mixture.
  3. Freeze to set.  After at least an hour remove from pan and cut into desired sized bars.  Wrap individually and store in the refrigerator.
