Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Kale, stems removed and chopped
- ½ c cabbage, sliced fine
- ½ c cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds
- ½ cucumber, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
Directions:
- Massage kale to break down fibers for easier digestion and better taste.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Toss with Fruit Free Salad Vinaigrette.
*Option to add some pastured chicken, grass-fed beef or wild-caught salmon/fish.
