Superfood Salad

Greens can be healthy and tasty, too.

Time: 5 mins
Serves: 1-2 people


  • 1 bunch Kale, stems removed and chopped
  • ½ c cabbage, sliced fine
  • ½ c cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cucumber, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, chopped


  1. Massage kale to break down fibers for easier digestion and better taste.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss with Fruit Free Salad Vinaigrette.

*Option to add some pastured chicken, grass-fed beef or wild-caught salmon/fish.
