Raw Lemon Cauliflower Cream Soup

A delicious blended soup that will help your eat handfuls of healthy vegetables.

Time: 10 minutes including cook time
Serves: 2-4 people


  • 1 small head of cauliflower florets, roughly chopped
  • 2 c warm water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp unpasteurized miso paste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Optional: parsley, cashews or sliced avocado to garnish


  1. Add ingredients to a Vitamix blender & blend all together until creamy
  2. Serve in bowls and sprinkle with garnishes!

If you do not want to make the soup raw, sauté steamed cauliflower florets in coconut oil or organic butter with minced up garlic for extra rich flavor before blending. Serve with leftover fish or chicken if desired!
