Warm up and feel GOOD with this hot coco, free of any strange additives, syrups or fake sugars.
Time: 5 mins
Serves: 1 person (but easy to double!)
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1-2 T So Delicious Coconut Creamer or nut milk alternative Thrive Coconut Creamer
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- A sprinkle of powdered stevia to taste, OR 1 T raw honey
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions:
- Combine cacao, vanilla, cinnamon nutmeg and sweetener
- Add a splash of boiling water, stir until thoroughly mixed
- Add remainder of boiling water and creamer
- Optional: pulse in blender for an extra frothy feel and top with cacao nibs
