Sesame seeds are not only packed with nutrients, they taste great and give this fish dish a wonderful crunchy texture.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cod filet (4-6oz)
- 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds (white if you don’t have black)
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 c fresh cilantro
- Greens or veggies of choice
Directions:
- Squeeze lime juice over cod. Spread sesame seeds on a plate and dip cod in seeds to coat.
- SauteÌ in olive oil or avocado oil on low until cooked through, 5-8 minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil over fish and sprinkle sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over greens and top with cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Add more vegetables to this lunch or a drizzle of Tamari if you desire!
