Easy Smoked Salmon Appetizer

Wow your guests with this easy appetizer, or eat it as a light and healthy dinner.  You can make this as a salad topped with the salmon or use the crackers and top with salmon, tapenade and goat cheese.

Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1-2


  • 4 oz smoked salmon (approx. half a pack)
  • 1 oz goat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive tapenade (such as Matiz brand or find at any Co-op or natural foods store olive bar)
  • 1/4 c micro greens
  • 6-9 Mary/€™s Gone Crackers
  • Salad greens


Top the crackers with a slice of salmon and a spoonful of tapenade, then microgreens and goat cheese – or serve over a bed of greens for a fun and fast salad.
