Spicy and sweet, add this dressing to thin sliced red cabbage with peanuts for a simple Asian inspired salad.

Serves: 2-4 Salads
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp almond oil or flaxseed oil
- 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- ½” knob of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp salt (or more to taste)
- fresh ground black Pepper
- 4 tbsp water (add more if needed)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid and give it a good shake. Let the dressing rest for 1-2 hours before using for best flavor. Refrigeration is not necessary, but will prolong the life of the dressing.
