Serves: 2-4 salads
Ingredients:
- 1/„4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/„4 c sesame oil or peanut oil
- 1/„4 c rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp mirin
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a jar with a lid and give it a good shake. Let the dressing rest for 1-2 hours before using for best flavor. Refrigeration is not necessary, but will prolong the life of the dressing.
