Ingredients:
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1 c coconut milk
- Splash of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 c frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a sealable jar. Seal. Shake well. Allow to sit 20 minutes or over night for easy grab n’ go breakfast in the morning.
