Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Pumpkin spice isn’t just for sugary coffee drinks and Thanksgiving pie!

Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1-2


  • 1 c almond or coconut milk
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/4 c organic canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 c Brazil nuts and or Cashews
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning (play with this amount to taste!)
  • Dash of vanilla


Blend all ingredients well and enjoy!
