Serves: 1-2 people
Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium tomatoes chopped and de-seeded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely
- Half of a red onion chopped
- Generous pinch sea salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, let sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes then enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!
