Oven Baked Wild Sockeye Salmon

Help balance your fatty acid ratios with this omega-3 packed simple salmon recipe.

Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 2-3  people



  1. Heat over to 425 degrees F
  2. Pat salmon dry with a paper towel and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper
  3. Roast in oven skin side down: roasting time depends on the thickest part of your fillet.  For every half-inch of thickness, roast 4 to 6 minutes. Salmon is done when easily flaked.
  4. Squeeze lime over salmon and serve with salsa and cilantro over a bed of greens. Option to add a side roasted root vegetables!
