Don’t be afraid of sardines! These small fish are packed with marine collagen, anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids and contain amazing bone and joint strengthening properties.

This is a super easy and nutritious snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of wild caught canned sardines such as Wild Planet
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 avocado
- Fresh herbs such as dill, cilantro or basil
- A handful of leafy salad greens OR Mary’s Gone Crackers
Directions:
- Open a can of Wild Caught Sardines (found in a can)
- Garnish with a squeeze of lemon, slice of avocado, and fresh herbs
- Serve over salad greens, or on Mary/€™s Gone Crackers brand seed crackers and feel the amazing benefits of sardines!
