Bake Time: 8-10 mins
Makes: 10-15 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 1/2 c Nuttzo (or peanut butter)
- 3/4 c coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c Lilly’s chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Scoop onto a cookie sheet and flatten into a cookie shape with your hands.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes – remove when edges begin to brown
- Let cool and enjoy. YUM!
