A go-to for family gatherings and holidays!
Time: 90 minutes
Serves: 6-7
Ingredients:
- 1 c agave nectar
- ½ c cane sugar or maple sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1-1/4 c pecan halves
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Using a small mixing bowl, beat well the syrup, sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Stir in butter, vanilla and pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until set. Cool thoroughly before serving.
