No need to purchase store bought dressings. These homemade recipes are packed with flavor and free of the cheap, hydrogenated oils that many store bought dressings contain. Serve on a superfood salad!

Serves: 3-4 Salads
Ingredients:
Vinaigrette Dressing:
- ½ c walnut or avocado oil
- ½ c rice wine vinegar – apple cider or distilled vinegar will work too
- 1/3 c Rice wine
- ¼ c Pineapple juice (if tolerated) or 1 drop of lemon grass essential oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh mint, parsley, cilantro or basil
- Pinch of sea salt & pepper to taste
Asian Dressing: Great for chicken salad too!
- ¼ c sesame oil or peanut oil
- ¼ c rice wine vinegar
- ¼ c rice wine
Directions:
Place all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend on low as you gradually add oil. This gives it a whipped and creamy texture!
