Ingredients:
- Paleo or gluten-free bread, toasted
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1 c arugula
- 4 slices Applegate turkey
- A sprinkle of raw cheddar cheese or goat cheese
- A pinch of Maldon flaky sea salt
Directions:
Layer all ingredients onto bread. Broil 3-5 minutes until cheese melts, finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
