Avocado and Turkey Melt Toast

Satisfy your turkey melt cravings with this simple toast.  Try it on our favorite homemade banana bread for a sweet and savory treat!

Time: 10 mins
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:

  • Paleo or gluten-free bread, toasted
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1 c arugula
  • 4 slices Applegate turkey
  • A sprinkle of raw cheddar cheese or goat cheese
  • A pinch of Maldon flaky sea salt

Directions:

Layer all ingredients onto bread. Broil 3-5 minutes until cheese melts, finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
