Ingredients:
- 1 c coconut milk, or another nut/seed milk
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries, raspberries or acai berry
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil or MTC oil
- 1 scoop protein powder (or beef collagen)
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 handful spinach or baby kale
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender and enjoy!
