The perfect packable lunch or breakfast on the go! We love making a large batch and freezing it for days where time seems to slip away.

Serves: 2 burritos
Ingredients:
- 2 Siete grain free tortillas
- ¼ c organic black beans
- ¼ c organic brown rice
- ½ avocado sliced
- 2 Tbsp salsa
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 handful leafy greens
- Optional: 2 slices pasture-raised bacon, cooked
- Optional: nutritional yeast or shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Fill the tortilla with all the above ingredients. Sprinkle with organic cheese or nutritional yeast, and roll away! Wrap in foil to take on the go.
