Egg-Free Breakfast Burrito

The perfect packable lunch or breakfast on the go! We love making a large batch and freezing it for days where time seems to slip away.

Time: 15 mins
Serves: 2 burritos

Ingredients:

  • 2 Siete grain free tortillas
  • ¼ c organic black beans
  • ¼ c organic brown rice
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 handful leafy greens
  • Optional: 2 slices pasture-raised bacon, cooked
  • Optional: nutritional yeast or shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Fill the tortilla with all the above ingredients. Sprinkle with organic cheese or nutritional yeast, and roll away!  Wrap in foil to take on the go.
