Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/„4 c chopped cilantro
- 1/„4 c coconut cream of coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/„4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/„4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients above until smooth and creamy
consistency. Store in an airtight container in your fridge.
