Avocado Toast

This protein rich breakfast toast loaded with healthy fats, fiber, anti oxidants, minerals will keep you fueled for hours, and it’s undeniably delicious.

Serves: 2


  • 2 pieces sprouted grain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 Tbsp grass fed ghee or butter
  • ½ avocado, thinly sliced
  • ½ tomato, thinly sliced (if in season!)
  • 2 pieces of nitrate free bacon or sausage (optional)
  • Fresh baby greens or sprouts, or arugula or spinach
  • Sea salt & pepper


Layer toast with butter, avocado, greens, tomatoes, bacon and sausage, top with salt & pepper and enjoy.
