Ingredients:
- 2 pieces sprouted grain bread, toasted
- 1/2 Tbsp grass fed ghee or butter
- ½ avocado, thinly sliced
- ½ tomato, thinly sliced (if in season!)
- 2 pieces of nitrate free bacon or sausage (optional)
- Fresh baby greens or sprouts, or arugula or spinach
- Sea salt & pepper
Directions:
Layer toast with butter, avocado, greens, tomatoes, bacon and sausage, top with salt & pepper and enjoy.
