Overnight Apple Porridge

Make your mornings easier by preparing a healthy breakfast the night before.  These overnight oats are packed with fiber and easy to grab on the go.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2-3


  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 c gluten free oats
  • 1 c Fage or dairy free yogurt – unsweetened vanilla or plain
  • 2 Tbsp raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp raisins or tart dried cherries
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries or blueberries


  • Fresh seasonal fruit
  • Sliced almonds or other nuts..toasted if preferred
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Cinnamon


  1. Dice one apple and grate the other on a box grater.
  2. Place apples in large bowl and add oats, yogurt, pepita seeds, and dried fruit. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover bowl and refrigerate over night or at least 2 hours until oats soften. Serve in bowl and top with fresh fruit and nuts. Leftovers last in the fridge 3-4 days!
