There’s nothing wrong with satisfying your sweet tooth! This filling dessert features a healthy dose of potassium and protein.

Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 1 scoop of peanut or almond butter
- ½ tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp coconut shreds
- 1 tsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Split Banana lengthwise, and spread nut butter down center, sprinkle remaining ingredients and eat! Option to wrap in foil throw on the grill or in a frying pan to heat up to melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
