Loaded with minerals, protein, healthy fats and vitamins, munch on these nuts and seeds for days! Add to salads, eggs and anything dish that could use a little extra crunch.

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
- ¼ c raw pepita seeds
- ¼ c raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ c raw cashew bits
- ¼ c raw almond bits
- Garlic powder to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp ghee, organic butter, nitrite free bacon grease OR coconut oil
Directions:
- In medium pan, melt butter/oil on lowest temperature.
- Add all seeds and keeping the heat at simmer, slowly heat them tossing occasionally until they brown and begin to pop a little… keep an eye on them! They can go from toasted to burnt in seconds.
- Add seasonings.
- Transfer to paper towel and cool. When cooled add to air tight container and store in the fridge.
