Organic Chicken Thighs & Drumsticks

Easy and amazing.  While the chicken cooks, take the down time to clean the kitchen and prepare to eat!

Time: 40 minutes including cook time
Serves: 3-4 people


  • 1 pound of organic chicken thighs and/or drumsticks – skin on or skin-less, your preference
  • 1 tsp cumin, garlic powder, black pepper & sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Optional to add baby spinach,  sprouts, sunflower seeds, fresh herbs or goat cheese on top


  1. Combine cumin, garlic powder, pepper and sea salt
  2. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, followed by spice blend
  3. Bake at 450 degrees F or grill until meat is firm and cooked through
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle lemon juice and more olive oil over top
  5. Serve with any optional toppings
  6. Keep the leftovers in an airtight container and add to a goddess bowl or superfood salad the next day!
