Green Juice

Kickstart your day with this nutrient-packed juice or drink as a refreshing afternoon pick me up.  Blending with an immersion blender like Vitamix is ideal… this will completely break down the fibers of the ingredients, making the juice more bioavailable and smoother to drink.

Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1-2


  • 1 Cup spinach or kale
  • 1/„2 Lemon, peeled
  • 1/„2 green apple
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • Water to desired consistency
  • Optional: a few ice cubes


Blend on high for at least 1 minute and enjoy!
