Quick Dinner alert! Look for grass fed meats at your local butcher. The pork chops grill beautifully next to a pan of cruciferous veggies for an easy, well balanced meal.

Serves: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 2 organic grass fed pork chops
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- Cast iron or stainless steel pan with NO rubber or plastic – for grilling!
Directions:
- Rub pork chops with half of olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Add the remaining oil and seasonings to a pan and mix with cauliflower and broccoli
- Throw pork chops and pan of veggies on the grill
- Cook pork to desired temperature and veggies until they are browning on the edges
- Serve with whole grain brown rice or a fresh salad!
