Ground Bison in Tomato Sauce

A quick lunch or dinner that will keep you tastebuds happy and belly filled.

Time: 15 mins
Serves: 4-5  people


  • 1 pound organic ground bison
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1-2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 jar of tomato sauce
  • 1 pound of cooked Tinkyada brown rice pasta: gluten-free and egg-free!
  • Garnish: shredded parmesean cheese


  1. Brown ground bison in a pan over medium-high heat with garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt. Drain excess fat, if any.
  2. Add Muir Glen tomato sauce and continue to cook.
  3. Once meat is cooked to desired temperature, serve with Tinkyada pasta
  4. Top with shredded parmesan cheese

For a grain free option, serve over roasted spaghetti squash.
