A quick lunch or dinner that will keep you tastebuds happy and belly filled.
Time: 15 mins
Serves: 4-5 people
Ingredients:
- 1 pound organic ground bison
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tsp sea salt
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 pound of cooked Tinkyada brown rice pasta: gluten-free and egg-free!
- Garnish: shredded parmesean cheese
Directions:
- Brown ground bison in a pan over medium-high heat with garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt. Drain excess fat, if any.
- Add Muir Glen tomato sauce and continue to cook.
- Once meat is cooked to desired temperature, serve with Tinkyada pasta
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese
For a grain free option, serve over roasted spaghetti squash.
