Lean & Green Shake

Shakes and smoothies are a dream for people who live life on the go! Quick, easy, and packed with nutrients, skip the pricey smoothie shops and make this at home.

  • 2 scoops of vegan (Plant Fusion, Sun Warrior, Vega brand) protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax meal
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 2 c baby spinach or kale
  • 1 Tbsp raw almond butter (optional, better for very active days)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cashew or almond milk unsweetened (So Delicious or Califia brand)
  • 5-6 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, add more water or milk for desired consistency.
