Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of vegan (Plant Fusion, Sun Warrior, Vega brand) protein powder
- 1 Tbsp Flax meal
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 2 c baby spinach or kale
- 1 Tbsp raw almond butter (optional, better for very active days)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 8 oz cashew or almond milk unsweetened (So Delicious or Califia brand)
- 5-6 ice cubes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth, add more water or milk for desired consistency.
